文章分析了通过采取技术、经济、管理措施来控制工程成本,有利于在建设资金有限的情况下保质保量完成农村公路建设任务。
This thesis analyzes the methods to control cost by adopting technical,economical and managerial measures, which is favourable to achieving the construction mission of rural highway both on quality and quantity with limited funds.
