我国目前正处于污染事故的高发期,由于法制不健全、利益关系复杂等原因,突发性重大环境污染事故的评估工作存在着相当多的问题。文章研究的对象是突发性重大环境污染事故。评估包括紧急评估与全面评估两个部分。
