摘要
高校后勤企业实行社会化改革后,传统的人力资源管理模式阻碍了企业的进一步发展。文章从人力资源管理理念,运行机制等方面出发,分析了高校后勤企业存在的问题,并针对性地提出了改进对策。
After the social reform of the logistics enterprises in the university, the traditional human resource management model hinders the further development of the enterprise. From the human resources management philosophy and operating mechanism, this paper analyzed the existent problems of the logistics enterprises in the university and put forward countermeasures to improve.
