摘要
目的观察应用切削中心定位程序准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(laser in situ keratomileusis,LASIK)治疗近视眼的疗效。方法接受应用切削中心定位程序LASIK的近视患者52例(102眼)作为试验组,同期接受常规LASIK手术的65例(130眼)作为对照组,对2组术后等效球镜度数及散光度数进行比较。结果2组术后1个月、3个月、6个月等效球镜度数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),散光度数试验组为:(-0.15±0.21)D、(-0.10±0.15)D、(-0.10±0.12)D,对照组为:(-0.45±0.26)D、(-0.43±0.20)D、(-0.46±0.21)D,2组比较差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。试验组40眼(39.2%)术后裸眼视力优于其术前戴镜矫正视力,而对照组为28眼(20.1%)。结论应用切削中心定位程序LASIK的术后视觉质量优于传统LASIK。
ObjeCtive To compare-the clinical results-of ap;lication of define center procedure versus non-define center laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) surgery in the treatment of myopia. Methods One hundred and two eyes (52 cases) underwent application of define center procedure LASIK as experimental group and 130 eyes (65 cases) were received non-define center LASIK surgery as control group. Diopter and astigmatism degree were also compared after surgery. Results Compared with the postoperative equivalent spherical degree, there was no statistical significance between the experimental group and conrtol group (P 〉 0.05). But for astigmatism, experimental group was( -0. 15 ±0.21)D,( -0. 10 ±0. 15)D,( -0. 10 ±0. 12)D,control group was ( - 0.45 ± 0.26) D, ( - 0.43 ± 0.20 ) D, ( - 0.46 ± 0.21 ) D, there was statistical significance between the two groups. Forty eyes of experimental group(39.2% ) and 28 eyes ( 20.1% ) of control group, respectively, had better postoperative uncorrected visual acuity than their preoperative. Conclusion Patients undergoing define center treatment have better quality of vision after surgery than that non-define center patients.
