瞬时感受器通道在眼科学的研究进展

摘要 瞬时感受器(transient receptor potential,TRP)通道是由多个亚家族组成的非选择性阳离子通道。TRP通道几乎在所有的组织和细胞类型中都有表达,对调节细胞的功能有重要作用。近年来,关于TRP通道在眼部组织的表达以及其在眼部生理病理功能日益受到重视。研究表明在眼部多种组织中都有TRP多个亚家族的功能性表达。有可能在眼部的感觉传导、维持细胞内外环境稳态、炎症损伤修复等多个病理生理过程中有关键作用。本文就TRP通道在眼科学的研究进展作一综述。 The transient receptor potential(TRP) channels are nonselective positive ion channels, consisting of a large number of subfamilies. TRP channels are expressed in almost every tissue and cell type, and play important roles in the regulation of various cell functions. Currently,more efforts have been paid to the expression of TRP channels in the ocular tissue and their physiological and pathological functions in ophthalmology. Many functional expressions of TRP subfamilies have been recently described in ocular tissue. TRP channels may play a critical role in sensory conduction, maintaining ion homeostasis and reducing inflammation and scarring. This article provides an overview of the TRP channels in ophthalmology.
