摘要
介绍了3种纳米粉体复合镀银合金(包括银/纳米氧化铝,银/纳米石墨和银–铅–锑合金/纳米氧化铝–石墨)的制备工艺及技术指标(包括硬度、耐蚀性、导热性和耐磨性)。比较了上述3种复合镀层在高压开关电接触部位上应用的优缺点。指出银–铅–锑合金/纳米氧化铝–石墨复合镀层具有最佳的综合性能。
The preparation processes and technical indexes, such as hardness, corrosion resistance, thermal conductivity and wear resistance, of three silver alloy/nanoparticle composites, i.e. silver/nano-alumina, silver/nano-graphite and silver-lead-antimony alloy/nano-alumina-graphite, were introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of the three composite coatings used as electrical contacts of high-voltage switch were compared. It is pointed out that the silver-lead-antimony alloy/nano-alurnina-graphite composite has the optimal comprehensive performance.
