摘要
综述了中低温化学镀镍的常用方法,包括超声波法、脉冲化学镀法、加速催化法、电子载体法、有机酸配位剂法和光化学法。介绍了近年来该工艺的研究进展,总结了该领域的研究现状并预测了发展方向。
The commonly used methods of middle and low temperature electroless nickel plating were summarized, including plating assisted with ultrasonic and pulsed current, the addition of accelerators, electron carriers and organic acid complexing agents, as well as photochemical methods. The recent research progress of the technology was introduced. The research status of the field was summed up and the development direction forecasted.
