摘要
汇总并解读了2008年颁布的《循环经济促进法》和《电镀污染物排放标准》等涉及电镀业的有关环保法律法规。指出企业应以清洁生产为目标,抓住机遇,改进工艺,加大环保投资,化危机为商机,在积极开展清洁生产的同时,享受政府的优惠政策。
Laws and regulations involving Circular Economy Promotion Law and Emission Standard of Pollutants for Electroplating, etc, which are relevant to environmental protection of electroplating industry and promulgated in 2008 were collected and unscrambled. It was noted that enterprises should target at cleaner production, seize the opportunity, improve technics, increase the investment in environmental protection, turn crisis into opportunity and enjoy preferential policy of the government while actively develop cleaner production.
