摘要
以E-44环氧树脂改性水性聚氨酯为基料,三聚氰胺、季戊四醇为阻燃剂,制备了一种阻燃涂料。测试了该涂料的附着力、耐水性、吸水率、阻燃性及热失重。结果表明,改性后涂料的涂膜附着力达到1级,耐水时间为240h,吸水率16.5%,阻燃时间可达10min以上,耐高温及阻燃性能明显提高。
A flame-retardant coating material was prepared by using waterborne polyurethane modified by E-44 epoxy resin as binder and melamine and pentaerythritol as flame retardants. The adhesion strength, water resistance, water absorption, flame retardancy and thermal weight loss of the coating were tested. The results showed that the modified coating is characterized by first grade adhesion, water resistance time 240 h, water absorption rate 16.5%, time to fail in flame retardancy test up to 10 min, as well as remarkably improved high-temperature resistance and flame retardancy.
