摘要
粉末冶金尺架机械加工工序少,以其取代精密铸造尺架,可以降低生产成本,提高经济效益。本文以高温除油(300°C/2h)后喷砂处理取代传统的擦拭脱脂和磷化工序,使铁基粉末冶金尺架经喷涂粉末涂料后,在200°C下烘烤20min,获得了附着力和冲击强度合格的涂层。
Powder metallurgical micrometer rack can be an alternative to the precision cast micrometer rack because of its fewer procedures in machining process, which results in decreased cost and increased economic efficiency. Hightemperature degreasing at 300 ℃ for 2 h followed by sand blasting was adopted to substitute the traditional process of scrubbing degreasing plus phosphating for an powder metallurgical iron-based micrometer rack. A coating with eligible adhesion and impact strength was obtained after spraying a powder coating and baking for 20 min at 200 ℃.
