摘要
采用红外光谱法等分析测试手段,研究了呋喃树脂硬化反应前后的结构变化,对目前铸造界比较倾向的呋喃环上双键打开、直接加成的观卢、提出了疑问,并提出了呋喃环破裂并进而聚合反应的新观点。
Structure differences between furan resin and its hardening products were investigated by means ofmodern. analytical methods such as infrared spectroscopy. The commonly accepted viewpoint that the doublebonds of the furan rings directly open to take part in addition reaction is proved questionable. A new theorythat furan rings first rupture and then proceed further polymerization is presented.
