摘要 合成了丙烯酸丁酯──醋酸乙烯酯──丙烯酸三元共聚物。对合成条件及共聚单体组成对聚合反应的影响进行了考察,发现增加丙烯酸丁酯或丙烯酸能明显提高共聚反应转化率;丙烯酸丁酯的增加能显著改善共聚物的粘附性能;丙烯酸单体可以改善三元共聚物的醇溶性能;用合成的三元共聚物及其它助剂,配制了性能优良的醇溶性塑纸复膜胶。该胶可用于印刷装潢及包装行业,适于复膜机械的连续使用。 The ternary copolymer, copoly(butyl acrylate - vinyl acetate - acrylic acid), was successfully synthesized. The effects of synthetic conditions and copolymerization compositions on the copolymer molecularweight and its solubility were also investigated. It was found that the coPOlymerization conversion markedlyincreased with increasing butyl acrylate and acrylic acid monomers. Moreover, the adhesion properties ofternary copolyTner can be improved by the increase of butyl acrylate concentration. The solubility of theternary coPOlymer (in ethanol solvent) can be easily enhanced through Incorporate acrylic acid monomer. Akind of plastic/printed paper laminating adhesive was prepared by using the synthesized ternary copolymerand other additives, and the mixture of methanol and ethanol was used as a solvent for this adhesive. Thisproduct can meet the need of printing laminating industry.
