摘要
根据湖南统计年鉴2007年的数据,本文尝试建立区域人力资本的评价指标体系,并对湖南省14个地级市、自治州的区域人力资本进行聚类分析。通过分析得知,湖南省区域人力资本分布表现出非均衡性,并提出了区域人力资本投资的政策建议。
According to the data from Statistical Yearbook 2007 of Hunan, the paper attempts to build the regional human Capital appraising system. And it analyzed regional human capital of 14 regions by cluster analysis. Regional human capital distribution shows non-balance in Hunan Province. It is suggested that the government should enlarge regional human capital investment.
