摘要
以创业促就业的发展战略是我国现实国情的最优战略选择。基于理论共识,借鉴中外经验,聚焦我国宏观就业态势中大学生、农民工两大就业难点,以创业需求竞合、创业政策制度竞合为逻辑起点,对农民工与大学生竞合创业模式从创业理念与行为竞合、创业教育培训模式竞合、创业切入点竞合、创业平台竞合、创业保障竞合等层面作原则性探讨。
It is a optimal stratagem of the state to employment by entrepreneurship. Based on theoretic consensus and learned the ex- perments from China and foreign countries, and focused on employment diffculty from university student to rural workers and regarded entrepreneurship competitor of demand and as logical origin. We proded into the model of entrepreneurship competitor from multilevels, such as entrepreneurship competito of the concept, behavior, breakthrough point, platform, and safety and security.
