研究了镀锌废渣生产七水硫酸锌的工艺方法及条件。生产表明：控制一定的反应条件可有效除去铁、锰等杂质，产品质量达到化工一级品标准。具有工艺简单，操作方便，投资少，效益好等优点。

The preparation of ZnSO 4·7H 2O using zinc residue as material was investigated. The experimental results showed that Fe and Mn can be removed through selecting the available oxygenant and controlling pH. The method has advantages of cheap raw material, simple production process, less investment and low cost, better economical and environmental benifits.
