湿法磷酸生产中轴流泵和料浆泵用材质腐蚀性能的研究

Corrosion Study on Metal Material Used for Axial-Flow Pump and Slurry Pump in Wet Phosphoric Acid Production

研究了几种金属材料在湿法磷酸生产中的浓缩轴流泵和萃取槽料浆泵叶轮上的耐腐蚀使用情况。通过挂片试验及实际生产使用，说明Ｋ、Ｋｍ合金及ＵＢ６钢能满足浓缩轴流泵的使用要求；分析了料浆泵叶轮失效的原因，指出了提高叶轮使用寿命的方法。

The corrosion situation of some metal materials used for axial-flow pump and impeller of slurry pump in wet phosphoric acid production was studied. It was shown that the K, Km alloy and UB 6 steel could meet the requirement of axial-flow pump by hanging-sheet test and practical application. The reasons of loss effective of impeller of slurry pump were analizied. The methods for increasing the life of impeller were pointed out.
