摘要
本文就行为管理学派的激励理论中需要层次理论、公平理论、归因理论等在研究生管理中的具体运用进行初步探讨,以此来提高研究生管理效益,促动研究生工作、学习积极性。
The thesis research the inspiration theory of the action managerialism school in the graduate student management field ,include the require administrative levels theory, the equity theory, cause and effect theory, aim to improve the graduate student manage efficiency, motivate their enthusiasm in the working and studying.
