浅谈建筑施工企业工程质量管理

近几年来,建筑从业人员的素质和社会对工程质量要求的提高之间的矛盾日益突出。质量管理要求越来越高。笔者从对质量问题成因分析研究,并从建筑施工企业易出现的问题入手,更加认识到质量管理过程控制的重要性,提出了一些比较完善工程质量管理措施。
