Preparation of Potassium Sulfate and Polymerized Aluminium Chloride from Potassium Chloride

提出以煤矸石在沸腾炉中焙烧,高温炉气加热氯化钾和硫酸的转化反应炉生产硫酸钾。副产盐酸用以浸取沸腾炉渣,生产聚合氯化铝。

Potassium sulfate and polymerized aluminium chloride are prepared according to following method. Coal gangue is torrefied in a boiling furnace and K2SO4 converter in which KC1 is treated with H2SO4 and converted to K2SO4 is heated with high temperature burner gas, and the HC1 produced is used to leach residue of boiling furnace to produce polymerized aluminium chloride.
