详细介绍了生物可降解塑料PHB的各种提取方法的原理及操作过程，分析了各种提取方法的特点及存在的问题，并通过大量的文献数据比较了它们对PHB的提取率、纯度及分子量的影响。
The principle and process of many different methods to extract and purify PHB were introduced in detail,and their characteristics and drawback were analysed.The effect of different extraction methods on PHB recovery,purity and Mw were compared.
