摘要
将3-羟基-4'-N,N-二甲氨基黄酮甲基丙烯酸酯与甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸丁酯共聚,制备了一种含有荧光基团的高聚物(PFMB)。基于Fe(Ⅲ)与 Cl^-形成的配合物对PFMB光极膜荧光的猝灭作用,研制了一种荧光光纤传感器。该传感器用于0.1~6.0mol·L^(-1)盐酸的测量,显示了良好的重现性和可逆性,响应时间和恢复时间均小于40秒。由于荧光基团是共价固定在聚合物上,该传感器还具有较长的使用寿命。
A new fluorescent polymer (PFMB) prepared from 3-hydroxy-4'-N, N-dimethy-laminoflavone methacrylate (HMFM), methyl methacrylatc (MMA) and n-butyl acrylate (BA) was used for constructing a new hydrochloric acid sensor. The sensing is based on the fluorescence quenching of the PFMB optode membrane by the complex of Fe(Ⅲ) with Cl-1. The sensor can respond hydrochloric acid within 40s in the measuring range of 0. 1 to 6. 0 mol · L-1, and shows good reversibility, reproducibility and selectivity over ions such as the common alkali, alkali-earth and aluminum salts. As a result of covalent immobilization, the sensor has also a relatively longer lifetime.
