水稻Wx基因微卫星标记的开发与利用 被引量:4

摘要 稻米的直链淀粉含量主要受Wx位点控制。该基因座位的多样性及与直链淀粉含量的显著相关性已被众多研究者证实。本文报道Wx基因内的一个新微卫星标记RA19。分析表明,利用该引物进行PCR扩增的产率和效率都明显高于微卫星标记"484/485"。进一步以本课题组育成的具有中等直链淀粉含量、抗穗发芽特性的保持系K81为优质基因供体,以籼型保持系川香29B、IR58025B、博ⅢB等为受体品种杂交、回交并自交,借助微卫星标记RA19辅助选择Wx基因型,改良了受体保持系的直链淀粉含量。 The amylose content (AC) was mainly controlled by Wx gene in rice. The significant correlation between the polymorphism of ( CT), and amylase content had been confirmed by previous researchers. In this study,a new SSR primer RA19 in the Wx gene of rice was reported. Furthermore, some maintainer lines such as : Chuanxiang29B, IR58025 B, Bo Ill B and etc. , as recurrent parents, and an elite maintainer line bred by our group, K81 with intermediate AC, as donor parents, and the introgression lines were developed on the large scale, in which AC were improved by marker-assisted selection(MAS) using this molecular marker. It was suggested that the identification of AC genotype in rice was effective with this method.
