不同椰子品种正常绿苗与白化苗形态和生理生化指标的差异

Difference of Some Morphologic and Physiological Indexes of Green and Albino Seedling of Coconut

本文主要探讨了椰子白化苗与正常绿苗之间形态指标和生理指标的差异并分析了白化苗不能正常生长的原因。结果表明,椰子正常绿苗的叶数、叶长、株高、根数、茎粗、地上鲜重、叶绿素含量和可溶性糖含量均高于白化苗,而地下鲜重、脯氨酸含量则低于白化苗。

The differences of some morphologic and physiological indexes of green and albino seedling of coconut were discussed and the reason, which the albino seedling could not normally grow, was analyzed. The result showed that, the leave number, the leave length, the plant height, the root number, the stem circumference ,the upground weight per plant, the underground weight per plant, the content of chlorophyll and the content of soluble sugar of green seedlings of coconut were higher than that of albino seedlings, but the underground weight per plant and the content of amino acid were obvious lower than that of albino seedlings.
