摘要
以普洱茶作为试验样品,测定样品可溶性氟、粗纤维、铝、铁、钙、铜、锰、镁等几种元素含量,并用DPS数据处理系统对这些物质含量之间进行相关性分析。结果如下:不同茶样的粗纤维含量变化较大,范围从8.19%~14.50%。可溶性氟含量和粗纤维含量呈极显著正相关关系,相关系数为0.8966。不同茶样的铝元素含量差异显著,变化范围从245.43~991.95mg/kg。铝元素含量与可溶性氟含量和粗纤维含量之间都呈现极显著正相关,其相关系数分别为0.9065和0.8620。样品中铁、钙及锰元素的含量与可溶性氟含量和粗纤维含量都呈极显著正相关,铜、镁元素含量与可溶性氟含量和粗纤维含量都呈极显著负相关。样品的干茶嫩度、叶底嫩度得分与可溶性氟含量和粗纤维含量呈极显著负相关。
Taking the Pu'er tea as experimental samples, the relativity between fluorine and of the crude fiber, aluminum, iron, calcium, cuprum, manganese and magnesium was analyzed by DPS. The main studies results showed the amounts of the crude fiber in different sample teas varied, ranging from 8.19% to 14.50%. The amounts between the fluorine and the crude fiber were positively correlative, and coefficient was 0. 8966. The amounts of the aluminum in different sample tea remarkably varied, ranging from 245.43 to 991.95 mg/kg. The amounts between the aluminum and the fluorine, and the amounts between the aluminum and the crude fiber were both remarkably positively correlative, and coefficient were respectively 0. 9065 and 0. 8620. The amounts between the iron, calcium, manganese and the fluorine and crude fiber of the sample tea were remarkably and positively correlative, while the amounts between the euprum, magnesium and the fluorine and coarse euprum were remarkably and negatively correlative. The degree of tenderness of dry tea and the bottom leaves and the fluorine and crude fiber were remarkably negatively correlative.
