摘要
本文利用傅里叶红外光谱法测定了7种红茶的化学成分,并对所得的红外图谱进行分析比较。结果表明:各种样品所含化学成分基本相同,但由于各成分间相对含量不同,每一种红茶都有其独特的红外光谱。根据红外光谱吸收频率、峰形和相对强度的差异,傅里叶红外光谱法能为不同产地、不同品种、不同等级红茶的鉴别提供科学的依据。
Seven kinds of Black Tea were determined by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FFIR) ,and the obtained infrared spectrum were analyzed and compared. The results showed that the relative content of chemical composition were different in varies samples, each black tea had its own unique infrared spectrum, according to the differences on infrare d absorption frequencies,peak shape and relative intensity, FTIR could provide a scientific foundation for the distinction of different varieties of and different grades of black teas, and black teas from different places.
