坛紫菜幼苗淋藏换网养殖试验

Experiments on the cultivation of Porphyra haitanensis seedlings by pouring and changing nets

摘要 利用坛紫菜强耐干特性,通过适当的淋水使幼苗在常温下较长时间保藏,从而达到换网养殖的目的.试验结果得出,从自然海区取回苗网,在室内常态下每天淋水2次,每次1h,经52d左右后下海挂养,尚有3~4个月的养成期,产量可达到、甚至超过传统生产期的总产量.这一方法的推广应用有望大幅度提高我国坛紫菜生产总产量. Strong dryness resistance of Porphyra haitanensis was utilized for longer time preservation at normal temperature in order to change the net for porphyra culture. After taken to the shore, seedling nets were poured with water twice daily for an hour each time. They was hung in the sea for cultivation after 52 days. The output of P. haitanensis reached or even exceeded the production during normal grow-out in 3 or 4 months. It implies obviously that the possibility of porphyra production doubling in China. As a result, this cultivation technique is of great importance in controlling the frequent pests and diseases, overcoming the shortened production cycle or for selecting good fronds and utilizing fully suitable culture areas during winter and spring.
