连花清瘟胶囊中绿原酸的含量测定

Determination on the Content of Chlorogenic Acid in Lianhua Qingwen Capsule

目的:建立连花清瘟胶囊中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱:kromasil C18柱;流动相:乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(12:88);检测波长:327nm;流速:1.0mL·min-1。结果:绿原酸线性范围为6.43-77.16μg·mL-1,r=0.9997,回收率为99.60%,RSD%为1.28%。结论:本方法简便、可靠、重现性较好,能起到控制连花清瘟胶囊中绿原酸含量的作用。

Objective： To establish HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Lianhua Qingwen Capsule. Methods： Chlorogenic acid in Lianhua Qingwen Capsule was determined by HPLC, using kromasil C18 column, acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid （12：88） as mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 327 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. Results： The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 6.43-77.16 μg·mL-1, coefficient correlation r was 0.9997, the average recovery of chlorogenic acid was 99.60% with RSD% of 1.28%. Conclusion： The method is simple, rapid, accurate and repreatable. It can be used for determination of Chlorogenie acid in Lianhua Qingwen Capsule.
