腕踝针治疗腰痛的临床研究进展

Mechanism and Clinical Research Progress of Wrist-ankle a Acupuncture for Treatment of Low-back Pain

论述了腕踝针治疗腰痛的选穴和针刺方法,并从单纯采用腕踝针和腕踝针联合体针、推拿、中药4个方面对近年来腕踝针治疗腰痛进行了综述,指出腕踝针治疗腰痛的研究和报告中存在的问题,提出相应的解决策略。

Wrist-ankle acupuncture （WAA） has immediate analgesic effect and no side effect in treatment of low-back pain （LBP）. Firstly, this article put emphasis on acupoint selection and the manipulation of WAA for LBP. Secondly, the article gave overviews from four aspects （WAA alone,as well as WAA combined with traditional Chinese acupuncture, massage, or Chinese medcine） of the recently published papers of WAA for LBP. Finally, the article pointed out the existing problems of the clinical research and reporting on WAA for LBP, and proposed possible solutions.
