摘要
目的了解掌握城市区域环境噪声污染状况,更好地控制改善和提高声环境质量。方法收集2001~2007年辽宁省14个城市各功能区环境噪声定期监测数据,分析城市区域环境噪声的污染状况,与国家标准进行比较,用等效连续声级值(Leq)描述城市环境、道路交通及各类功能区噪声总体水平的污染程度,用年度超标率说明城市各类功能区噪声的污染状况。结果7年间,第4类城市功能区夜间噪声值(Leq)为57.3~62.1dB(A),年度超标率100%;交通干线车流量平均提高40%,但干线两侧交通噪声整体呈下降趋势,7年间下降2.1dB(A);全省区域环境噪声7年均值为55.3dB(A),总体54.2~56.1dB(A),变化幅度不大。结论第4类城市功能区环境噪声虽逐年有所下降,但仍超过国家标准限值,城市道路交通噪声状况有明显改善,城市噪声污染明显减轻。
Objective To uderstand the urban environmental noise pollution conditions for improving environmental quality. Methods The regular noise monitoring data for different urban funtional zones in 14 cities of Liaoning province were collected and analyzed. The equivalent continuous noise level(Leq) and national standard were adopted to evaluate the degree of noise pollution. Results In the periods of seven years, the values of Ln (Leq) were 57.3 - 62. 1 dB(A) for the fourth type function zone of cities at night time with 100% of values over the national standard. There was a 40% increase of traffic with a 2. 1 dB(A) decrease of environmental noise around two sides of main traffic roads in the seven years. The average Leq level for 14 citices in seven years was 55.3 dB (A) ( 54. 2 - 56. 1 dB) without obvious alteration. Conclusion Environmental noise of the fourth function zone decreased year by year but still exceeded limitation value of the state. The road traffic noise of cities in Liaoning was improved obviously.
