长交路、轮乘制下如何抓好乘务员教育培训工作

本文以中铁一局新运朔黄运输公司配属17台SS4改型电力机车在朔黄铁路实行长交路、轮乘制后，机车利用率高，人员紧，机车乘务员教育培训难度大的实际情况下，以运转车间为例，提出有效的措施抓好乘务员的教育培训。

After Shuohuang Transport Company of the First Bureau of China Railway applied seventeen modified SS4 type electric locomotives and equipped with long runs and crew pooling system in Shuohuang Railway, the locomotives utilization rate became high, personnel became lacking, and it is difficult to implement locomotive crew education training, thus this article proposes effective measures to operate education training of steward taking operation workshop as an example.
