Putonghua with local style is a sort of interlanguages between the local dialect and the standard Putonghua. CenXi Putonghua, Putonghu with Cenxi style, is quite different from the standard one in pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar. The study of Cenxi Putonghua aims to improve the effectiveness of teaching standard Putonghua and popularize Putonghua in Cenxi.
