To ensure the correct direction and to keep pace with the time, the teachers should bring the love-oriented education into effect for the ethos-planting, build up the student-oriented education, reinforce social practical activities, strengthen employment guidance, flourish the mainstream campus culture and lead the ideological and political education into the universities.
