摘要 越来越多的研究表明,药物及非药物手段可以在再灌注之初通过活化磷酯酰肌醇-3-激酶-丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶(P13K-Akt)这一共同通路,发挥提高心肌功能和促进细胞存活的重要作用。本文对P13K、Akt、下游靶点、效应器在缺血/再灌注中的作用进行综述,阐明P13K-Akt信号通路的主动保护效应在心肌保护中的重要性。 More and more studies have shown that pharmacological and other strategies can activate PI3K-Akt signaling pathway which could improve myocardial function and survival. This review is to organize these findings to better understand PI3 K-Akt, its downstream targets and end effector in the ischemia reperfu- sion injury,to elucidate the importance of the prosurvival pathway PI3K-Akt signaling pathway.
