端粒酶对大肠癌诊断的研究进展

摘要 人类肿瘤的发展被认为是由于多种基因共同作用的结果,即原癌基因的激活和肿瘤抑制基因的失活,正常人体内存在抑制细胞无限增殖的复杂机制。其中染色体端粒行为及端粒酶表达异常在肿瘤形成中扮演重要角色。大肠癌组织中端粒酶活性明显高于癌旁组织及正常大肠黏膜组织,端粒酶在大肠癌发生、发展过程中起着重要作用,有希望成为大肠癌诊断的理想标志物。 The human tumor's development was considered of many kinds of gene combined action result, That is, proto-oncogene activation and tumor suppressor gene inactivation, in vivo inhibition of nor- mal human existence unlimited proliferation of complex mechanisms. One of chromosome telomere behavior and abnormal expression of telomerase play an important role in tumor formation. The activity of telomerase in colorectal cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in precancerous tissues and normal mucoma, which may play an important role in the development and progression of eolorectal cancer and become a useful biomarker in the diagnoses and treatment of colorectal cancer.
