摘要
据世界卫生组织（WHO）1993年预测，至2020年抑郁症将成为继冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病后的第二大疾病负担。为减少综合性医院对抑郁症患者的漏诊、误诊，从而达到早期识别、正确诊断、及时治疗的目的，降低抑郁症病残率和自杀率，提高生存质量以及恢复社会功能。本文针对当前抑郁症发病率增高和综合性医院不能及时准确诊断的原因，以及抑郁症的诊断、症状、治疗等方面予以阐述。
According to the World Health Organization （WHO） 1993-year forecast that by 2020 depression will become the second disease after coronary heart disease in disease burden. To reduce the general hos- pital for depression in patients with missed diagnosis, misdiagnosis. In order to achieve early identification, correct diagnosis, and timely treatment. Then to reduce disability rate and suicide rate, to improve the quality of living and recover social functions. This paper expounded the rising occurrence rate of depression and the reasons for the inability of general hospitals to accurately diagnose the disease, and expound the diagnosis, symptoms, and treatment.
