利用图像技术测量左心室射血能力的发展

摘要 随着近年来图像技术的发展,超声心动图、CT和MRI技术可以获得心脏的动态电影图像。围绕着左心室射血能力的计算,新的超声技术有心内膜描记、心肌自动分区运动分析技术又称为定量组织速度成像技术、心肌背向散射能量时间分析和声学心肌造影检查等。还介绍了最新型的动态容量CT技术和更精确地计算心脏各房室排血的能力。针对局部心肌活性的研究还介绍了MRI的心肌灌注成像和心肌存活技术的发展。 With progress of medical imaging technology in recent years, the dynamic cardiovascular image can be taken by ultrasoundeardiogram, CT and MRI. Around calculation of the left ventricular ejection capacity, the new ultrasound technology has the endocardium tracing, myocardial motion analysis technology automatically partition, also known as quantitative tissue velocity imaging technology, myo- cardial backscatter analysis and acoustic energy time myocardial contrast inspection. In particular, Intro- duce a dynamic capacity of the latest CT technology and a more accurate calculation ability of the heart of the atrioventricular blood's ejection. And ,for regional myocardial activity, present the advance of myocardial peffusion MRI and myocardial viability technology.
