基于固态调制器的气体浓度检测方法的研究

摘要 阐述了一种基于锗材料的新型固态调制器在气体浓度检测试验中的应用.介绍了这种锗材料作为调制器代替机械调制方法的基本原理,并且进行了对比研究.对试验验证方法与试验装置原理进行了描述,并进行了数据结果分析.试验结果表明,这种锗材料的新型固态调制器作为机械调制方式的替代方法是可行的,并且具有很好的一致性.与机械方式相比,它具有结构紧凑性、无移动部件等优点. A germanium-based novel solid modulator is being applied in the field of gas concentration detection. This modulator made of germanium material can substitute the traditional mechanical chopper modulation method. The author introduced the basic principle of this novel modulator and made a comparison between it and traditional method. The testing method and equipment were described in details, and the experimental data were analyzed. The experimental results show that the germanium solid state modulator is a practical alternative to mechanical chopping in gas sensing applications, The modulator runs with the highest efficiency in the 8-14 um region. Compared with mechanical chopping method, the germanium solid state modulator has some merits such as compact conformation, no movable parts,etc.
