从摩擦学的角度探讨提高挤出机生产能力的途径 被引量:3

摘要 根据建立的混合模型讨论摩擦力的影响因素,提出提高挤出机生产能力的新途径:(1)挤出机温度控制装置采用温水冷却,使挤出机处于最佳工作状态;(2)通过提高挤出压力,使实际接触面积趋于轮廓接触面积,从而使粘附摩擦力增大并趋于稳定;(3)机筒内壁开槽或刻花纹,方向垂直于螺纹输送角,以浅细的多头螺纹为宜。
