飞秒脉冲在材料微加工中的应用研究

摘要 阐述飞秒激光的特点,加工特性及其与材料相互作用的加工机理,重点阐述飞秒激光在玻璃、金属、各种聚合物等材料微加工中的应用。由于飞秒激光脉冲时间短、峰值功率极高,可将材料加工区快速加热到远高于沸点的温度,切口处材料以汽相去除,而周围材料还保持低温,对切口附近影响很小,避免加工过程中热损伤的产生,保证了锐利、清洁的切口形貌,实现了精密加工和多层材料的选择性加工。飞秒激光在材料微加工领域较原有的长脉冲激光具有加工精度高、加工材料广泛等独特优势,有非常广泛的应用前景。
