摘要
根据硫酸的腐蚀特征以及合金设计的基本出发点,力求研究一种在氧化性介质和还原性介质中都能适用的新型不锈钢。分析讨论了FS-1不锈钢的热处理、组织结构、力学性能、耐腐蚀性能和腐蚀电化学行为。结果表明,FS-1不锈钢在稀硫酸和浓硫酸中均具有优良的耐腐蚀性能,用其制造的稀硫酸泵、DSB液下高温浓硫酸泵和搅拌器,经现场试用效果良好。
Abstract A new type of stainless steel, FS-1,suitable for both oxidizing and reducing media is developed according to the corrosion behaviors of sulphuric acid and alloy design principle The thermal treatment, texture, mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and electrochemical behaviors of FS-1 are analyzed and discussed The test results show that FS-1 stainless steel is very corrosion resistant in both dilute and concentrated sulphuric acid. In field application, the dilute sulphuric acid pump, high temperature submerged concentrated sulphuric acid pump and agitator made of FS-1 worked successfully
