对换热器列管的表面进行渗铝处理后，可以大大提高列管的高温抗氧化能力和耐腐蚀能力。对渗铝列管和管板的连接采用手工电弧焊进行焊接。从检查结果看，无论采用Ｔ４２７焊条还是采用Ｅ１－２３－１２Ｍｏ２－１６型焊条，其焊接效果均较好。
