摘要 利用中间相沥青熔融纺丝法,制得中空、条形、Y形等异形纤维,介绍了异形沥青纤维的纺丝特点。分析了影响纤维异形度的因素,纺丝温度降低时,熔体粘度大,流动阻力大,有利于提高纤维的异形度。研究发现,异形喷丝孔的截面积大,可以实现较大的拉伸倍数,同时其当量直径小,对熔体分子剪切作用大,纺出的异形纤维的取向度高于圆形纤维。 Mesophase pitch was melt spun into hollow,ribbon shaped and Y shaped fibers. The characteristics of spinning profile fibers were discussed. Factors which affect degree of profile of the profile fibers were analyzed. It is realized that when spinning temperature decreases, viscosity of melt pitch increases and pitch flows difficultly, which is helpful to keep degree of profile high. The results show that non circular spinnerets own bigger cross sectional area and smaller equivalent diameter than circular spinneret, so melt pitch through non circular spinnerets owns higher draw ratio and undergoes stronger shear effect, which ensures that profile fibers have higher orientation degree than circular fiber.
