摘要
阐述微细旦涤纶ＰＯＹ从切片干燥、纺丝速度、熔体过滤、纺丝温度及压力、侧吹风控制等方面对纺丝过程的影响，并对其稳态纺丝技术作了初步探讨。指出影响稳态纺丝的因素很多，必须严格控制每一过程，使各因素得到最佳匹配，建立稳态纺丝。
The effects of chips drying, spinning speed, melt filtration, spinning temperature, spinning pressure, for cross air blow etc. on spinning process for POY microfilaments were studied. The steady spinning technology for POY microfilaments was preliminarily discussed. It is pointed out that there are a few of factors that effect on the steady spinning—— the control of every process step and the optimization of the factors.
