摘要
合成聚氨酯(PU)预聚体同环氧树脂(EP)共混,加入扩链剂、交联剂,制得PU/EP复合材料,用红外光谱分析研究了共混体系中的化学反应,考察了两聚合物组成对聚合物网络间互穿程度的影响,研究了共混物的粘接性能。
The PU/EP blends were prepared by blending of PU prepolymer with EP, and adding 1, 4 - Butanediol, l, l, l -Trimethylolpropane , DMP-30. The reactions in the blend system have been studied by FTIR The influence of componentson their glass boition behavior has been reported The component is an important factor that affects the interperetraing degree. The adhesive properties of the prepared blends were studied. The result showed that the IPN accounted for improving the adhesive Property of EP.
