摘要
挤压油膜阻尼器对旋转机械的减振具有重要作用。不同挤压油膜阻尼器的工作特性也不相同。首先介绍了挤压油膜阻尼器动力特性计算方法,比较了数值求解的迭代计算法和曲线交点法的优缺点;其次设计了一种挤压油膜阻尼器试验台,介绍了所设计的实验条件和方法,并进行了动力特性试验研究,得到了3种激振力幅值下的位移导纳曲线。然后对位移导纳的幅频特性和相频特性,进行了计算与试验结果的对比分析,最后得出了有实用价值的结论。
The squeeze film damper(SFD) is of great importance to reduce the vibration of rotating machines.The numerical methods of loop arithmetic and curve intersection for dynamic characteristics computation for SFD were compared.Then,the dynamic characteristic experiments were carried out on a SFD with given experimental conditions and methods.Three kinds of excitation forces were used and the displacement admittance curves were drawn.The numerical results of amplitude-frequency characteristic and phase-frequency characteristic of displacement admittance were compared with the experimental results.The educed conclusions are of practical value.
