摘要
对SG-MRD40和RD-1005-3两种型号磁流变阻尼器进行了阻尼特性试验。针对已有的非线性滞回双粘性模型不能准确模拟低频段的阻尼力,提出了一种新的改进的非线性滞回双粘性模型。改进后模型将原模型中单一的屈服后阻尼系数分解为C′p0和Cp0,分别用来表征速度绝对值增大时对应的屈服后阻尼系数和速度绝对值减小时屈服后阻尼系数,并引入相应的屈服力F′y,分段描述磁流变阻尼器屈服后的受力行为。对两种磁流变阻尼器进行的试验建模表明,改进后的模型明显优于改进前的模型,可以较好地表征磁流变阻尼器在屈服后的受力行为,具有更大的适用范围。
The experiments on magnetorheological fluid damper(MRD) were carried out to investigate the characteristics of SG-MRD40 and RD-1005-3 dampers.Considering that the existing nonlinear hysteretic biviscous model can not be used to well fit the curve of damping force vs.damper velocity at low frequency range,two parametersC'p0 andCp0 were adopted in the proposed model.C'p0 was used to describe the characteristics of damper at yield phase when the absolute value of velocity is increased,and,Cp0 was used when the absolute value of velocity is reduced.The yield force F'y was also introduced in the model.The improved model describes the characters of MRD under different states at yield phase.The results show that the improved model is more excellent than the existing nonlinear hysteretic biviscous model.It can be used to well describe the characteristics of MRD at yield phase,and is applicable at more large range of frequency.
