摘要
噪声问题是燃气机热泵走向商业化的一个难题,分析了声源特点的基础上,结合声学理论与实际经验,建立了隔声罩三维模型与双室抗性消声器模型,使用RAYNOISE软件对加装隔声罩前后的燃气机热泵机组的噪声场进行模拟,并且根据本实验台的实际情况设计了燃气机热泵机组的隔声装置,对采用降噪装置后的实验台进行实验测量,总声压级降到77.8dB(A),通过实验验证了设计的合理性。
The problem brought by noise is an impediment to make GEHP commercialized.The three-dimensional model of acoustic enclosure and the model of double chamber fastness muffler were established on the basis of the theoretical analysis as well as the acoustic spectrum analysis.The simulations on the noise level of a GEHP with and without acoustic enclosure were carried out with the RAYNOISE software.Then the sound insulation device was designed according to the practical situation of GEHP.It is concluded from experiment that the sound pressure level is sharply reduced to 77.8 dB(A) after installing the sound insulation device,which proves the validity of the design about the noise control of GEHP.
