腰牵结合超声药物离子导入治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效评价

Evaluation of the therapeutic effect of traction combining with ultrasound transdermal drug delivery on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation

目的评价腰牵结合超声药物离子导入治疗腰椎间盘突出症的治疗效果,并与单纯腰牵治疗相比较。方法将80例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为腰牵结合超声药物离子导入治疗组和单纯牵引组,治疗前、后分别利用腰腿痛评价量表进行评分,对测评结果进行比较分析。结果治疗前两组患者腰椎功能评分无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者评分有显著性差异(P<0.05),腰牵结合超声药物离子导入治疗后腰椎功能改善优于单纯腰牵治疗。两组患者治疗后评分均与其治疗前评分有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论腰牵结合超声药物离子导入治疗腰椎间盘突出症较单纯牵引疗效佳。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of traction combining with ultrasound transdermal drug delivery on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation and compare that treated with traction alone. Methods 80 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups： 40 case for treating group who accepted traction and ultrasound transdernal drug delivery; 40 cases for the control group who accepted traction only. They were evaluated with Assessment Scale for Lumar Pain before and after treatment. Results Before the treatment, the total scores of lumbar function had no significant difference between the 2 groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ） . There were significant differences between the 2 groups after the treatment （P 〈 0. 05 ） . The improvement of lumbar function was more remarkable in the group with traction combining with ultrasound transdermal drug delivery therapy than that with traction therapy alone. Lumbar function was improved in 2 groups after the treatment as compared with their previous state （ P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusion Traction combining with ultrasound transdermal drug delivery is more effective than traction alone for treating the lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
