摘要
目的观察针刺配合耳针对肾绞痛发作的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为针刺组与药物组各30例,分别运用针刺和西药进行治疗,并对两组治疗前后镇痛效果、疼痛缓解时间进行观察。结果治疗后两组疼痛均有减轻或缓解,其中针刺组总有效率为89.7%,药物组总有效率为77.4%,针刺组疗效优于药物组(P<0.05)。结论针刺配合耳针治疗肾绞痛止痛迅速,效果确切,总有效率优于药物治疗。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus ear acupuncture in treating nephritic colic. Methods Sixty patients were randomly allocated to an acupuncture group of 30 cases and a medication group of 30 cases. The acupuncture group received acupuncture and the medication group took Western drugs. The antalgic and pain relief effects were evaluated at the end of treatment. Results Indices to the clinical therapeutic effects improved in both groups. The total efficacy rate was 89.7% in the treatment group and 77.4% in the control group; there was a statistically difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture plus ear acupuncture is effective in treating nephritic colic. Its therapeutic effect is better than that of medication.
