摘要
为了解决修井作业试压中存在的难以精确控制压力值、施工成本高以及安全性不高等问题,研制了YJSY-GD-1型试压装置。该试压装置集成在一个拖橇上,由柴油机驱动牵引。装置设计了排空和卸压管路,其高压泵和低压泵均设计了过载保护阀,提高了安全性。现场试验表明,该试压装置的各总成件参数匹配合理,达到了试压对压力和排量的要求,性能可靠,操作维护简单;推广应用77井次,试压均取得成功。
A pressure test must be conducted with the well-plugging device,the wellhead and the downhole string in workover operations. Due to the large discharge capacity of cement trucks,the pressure will rise instantaneously. The control of the precision is difficult and there exist potential safety hazards in operation. To solve the problem,the YJSY-GD-1 pressure test device was developed. The device is mainly made up of hydraulic pump,high-speed small-torque hydraulic motor,low-speed large-torque hydraulic motor,single screw pump,three-cylinder single acting plunger pump,low and high pressure manifolds,water tank,hydraulic oil tank,control valve and connection pipelines,assembling the pressure test device on a sled towed by the diesel engine. The experiment and application prove that the parameters of the assembly parts of the device match well,arriving at the requirement of pressure test for pressure and discharge capacity. The device has reliable performance and simple operation and maintenance,reducing the workers’ labor intensity,saving the costs and improving the success rate of workover operation.
